About the Role

We're hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our ERP sales function — owning the sales pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation through deal closure, while mentoring a growing sales team. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a real book of business in enterprise software sales, with uncapped earning potential through incentives.

What You'll Do

- Own and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the ERP sales vertical
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, client meetings, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in coordination with marketing and sales coordinators
- Present and position our ERP/software solutions to key decision-makers, including real estate developers and builders
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, embedding structured sales processes and CRM discipline
- Track performance, analyze pipeline data, and report forecasts to leadership
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience,



ideally in ERP, software, or SaaS solutions
- Experience selling to real estate developers/builders is a strong plus
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Experience managing or mentoring a sales team
- Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
