RoadMate is a fast-growing technology platform operating across mobility, quick commerce, local business enablement, and digital marketplace solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Founder's Staff member to work closely with the founders and support strategic growth initiatives.

Role Overview

The Founder's Staff will serve as an extension of the founders, driving execution across business operations, partnerships, expansion projects, investor coordination, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute strategic initiatives alongside the founders.
- Coordinate activities across sales, operations, marketing, technology, and finance teams.
- Support district expansion, partner onboarding, and business development.
- Manage investor meetings, stakeholder communications, and business presentations.
- Monitor business performance, KPIs, and project progress.
- Follow up on action items, deadlines, and operational priorities.
- Represent founders in meetings when required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in operations,



business development, project management, consulting, or startup environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
