Position Overview:

We are hiring an Accounts Executive to handle end-to-end accounting, compliance, and financial reporting for our organisation. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime, GST, TDS, Bookkeeping, and Bank Reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GST & TDS returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, Challans, Invoices, LUT, etc.).
- Handle balance sheet, P&L;, trial balance, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage billing, invoicing, E-way bills, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with RCM and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper bookkeeping and records for audits and management review.

Qualifications





- Graduate in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (Mandatory).
- 2–3 years of proven experience in accounts and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime (Must).
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, RCM, and financial statements.
- Candidates with knowledge and experience of MCA related compliances would be preferred.
- Excellent documentation, organisation, and reporting skills.
- Good Communication skills (English, Hindi Both)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
