Role Summary

The Head of Finance will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for building a robust financial foundation to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. This role goes beyond numbers — it requires nurturing a culture of accountability, financial discipline, and transparency while enabling teams with insights that drive smart decisions.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and play a critical role in scaling finance processes, strengthening governance, supporting fundraising and investor relations, and mentoring a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Leadership

- Partner with the leadership team to drive financial strategy aligned with business growth and mission impact.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning, expansion, and operational decision-making.




- Build and nurture a high-performing finance team grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Foster a culture of financial awareness and ownership across departments.

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support growth and sustainability.
- Develop dashboards and MIS reports that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health to ensure operational stability.

Accounting & Compliance

- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements aligned with statutory and investor requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal audit practices.

Investor & Stakeholder Management

- Support fundraising initiatives, due diligence, and investor reporting.
- Maintain transparent communication with investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Present financial performance and insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Process & Systems Excellence

- Implement scalable finance processes and automation to support growth.
- Drive efficiency, cost optimization,



and financial discipline across the organization.
- Strengthen financial policies and controls to support a high-growth environment.

Qualifications & Experience

- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Experience in startups, high-growth environments, healthcare, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, compliance, fundraising support, and financial governance.
- Experience working with investors, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, and advanced Excel.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
