- Welcome guests and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities.
- Provide information about hotel services and local areas.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements.
- Deliver guest messages, packages, and items as required.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
- Support the front office team with guest service activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel is preferred.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Well-groomed and customer-service oriented.
- Versatile to work in shifts.
- Ability to handle luggage and assist guests efficiently.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
