Job Title: Mobile Purchase Manager / Mobile Category Manager

Location: Vapi / Surat, Gujarat

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and experienced Mobile Purchase Manager to manage the procurement of smartphones and mobile accessories. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in purchasing from mobile distributors, brands, and channel partners across the Vapi–Surat market. The candidate must possess strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and healthy margins.

Key Responsibilities

- Purchase smartphones, tablets, and mobile accessories from authorized distributors and brands.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, vendors, and brand representatives.
- Negotiate pricing, schemes, discounts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, new product launches, competitor pricing, and availability.
- Plan inventory to maintain optimum stock levels while minimizing overstock and shortages.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams for smooth procurement and replenishment.
- Analyze sales reports to forecast demand and improve product availability.
- Ensure timely procurement and stock movement across stores.
- Achieve category sales,



margin, and inventory turnover targets.
- Prepare purchase reports, stock analysis, and MIS reports.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in Mobile Purchase, Mobile Category Management, or Procurement.
- Strong knowledge of smartphone brands such as Apple, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi, Realme, Motorola, OnePlus, Nothing, etc.
- Existing relationships with mobile distributors in the Vapi–Surat region will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail electronics or mobile distribution.
- Familiarity with local distributors and market trends in South Gujarat.
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and promotional schemes.
- Willing to travel across the Vapi–Surat market for vendor meetings and market visits
