Job Summary:

The CRM Executive manages customer relationships from booking to possession, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate records, timely communication, and customer satisfaction. Must have working knowledge of Acrobuild CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main contact for customers post-booking till possession.
- Maintain customer data, documents, and KYC in Acrobuild CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Projects teams.
- Send demand letters, reminders, receipts, and updates via Acrobuild.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.
- Handle customer queries and complaints within timelines.
- Support home loan, registration, and possession processes.
- Prepare MIS and reports using Acrobuild.




- Ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

- 1–3 years CRM experience in real estate.
- Knowledge of Acrobuild CRM is mandatory.
- Valuable MS Office skills and communication abilities.
