We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Sr. Site Engineer for our Coimbatore office

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising construction work at site and ensuring the structure work of apartment buildings is completed safely, on time, and as per drawings.

· Site Supervision – Monitor daily construction activities like footing, column, beam, slab, and block work.

· Drawing Understanding – Read and follow structural drawings and ensure work is done correctly.

· Quality Control – Check materials like cement, steel, concrete and maintain valuable quality work.

· Labour Management – Guide supervisors, masons, and labour to complete work properly





· Material Planning – Plan and arrange materials needed for construction work.

· Safety Monitoring – Ensure workers follow safety rules at the construction site.

· Progress Monitoring – Track daily work progress and report to Project Manager.

· Coordination – Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

· Concrete Work – Supervise RCC works like footing, columns, beams, slabs and curing.

· Documentation – Maintain site records, daily reports, and measurement books.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree: Diploma/ B.E in Civil Engineer

Experience : 6+ years in Apartment Projects

Handling structure works .
