Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and communicate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Web App Software solution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Lead cross-functional teams by assigning tasks and responsibilities, fostering collaboration, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Continuously monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to maintain adherence to the project plan, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues or conflicts as they arise.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
