Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with prior experience in a CA Firm. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC Compliance, and Financial Reporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting and compliance activities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Handle GST compliance including GST Registration, GST Return Filing, Reconciliation, and GST-related documentation.
- Manage TDS calculations, return filing, and compliance activities.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.
- Assist in ROC filings, company compliance, and statutory documentation.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting,



taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, and government authorities whenever required.
- Support audit-related activities and provide necessary documentation.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Solid practical knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ITR Filing, ROC Compliance, and Accounting Standards.
- Experience in handling multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas, Data Management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
