As a Project Engineer, you will serve as the technical backbone of our construction sites, ensuring that complex engineering designs are translated into physical reality with absolute precision. You will bridge the gap between architectural vision and site execution, working closely with subcontractors, site supervisors, and project managers to maintain strict adherence to timelines and quality standards. Your daily contributions will directly influence the structural safety and aesthetic finish of our projects, ensuring that Luxridge continues to deliver high-value assets that meet international construction benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site activities and technical workflows to ensure project milestones are met within the established budget and schedule.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints to provide transparent,
actionable guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily site progress and manage resource allocation to prevent bottlenecks and optimize operational efficiency.
- Enforce stringent quality control and safety protocols across all project phases to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders to maintain transparency and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Resolve technical discrepancies on-site by collaborating with design consultants and structural engineers to maintain project integrity.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
