Job Title: Project Process Auditor / Compliance Auditor Department: Projects Control Cell Reporting To: Head – Projects Role Summary Monitor and audit project processes to ensure compliance with company SOPs. Verify project records, identify process deviations, follow up on corrective actions, and report non-compliance to maintain operational discipline. Key Responsibilities • Audit assigned project processes and verify compliance. • Review project documents, reports, and system updates. • Identify process gaps, delays, and non-compliance. • Follow up with stakeholders for corrective actions. • Maintain audit records and prepare compliance reports. • Escalate unresolved issues to the reporting manager.



Qualifications • B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Sc. Interior Designing (3 Years) • Proficient in MS Excel • Languages: English & Hindi Experience • 0–3 years in Project Coordination, Site Execution, Compliance, or Audit. Key Skills • Robust analytical and observation skills • Attention to detail • Good communication and follow-up • Documentation and reporting skills • High integrity and accountability

Pay: ₹241,786.89 - ₹793,224.71 per year
