Job Responsibility:-

We are looking for an experienced Gem Portal Tendre Executive who can manage tendre searches , bid preparation ,document uploards, and tendre submissions on the Gem, E-procurement,Portal.

Key Responsibilities:

- A tender executive is responsible for the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting bids
- Job Responsibility:-
- Duties include analyzing tender documents, coordinating with various departments to gather information, preparing and compiling bid documents
- A strong understanding of tender portals like Gem is often required.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Searching for and monitoring government and private tender opportunities on various online portals.
- Coordinating and compiling all necessary documents, including questionnaires, technical proposals, and commercial bids, for submission.




- Ensuring all bids are submitted on time by checking, binding, and preparing outgoing packages.
- Qualifications:-
- Proven experience in a tendering or procurement role.

Requirements:-

- Miniumum 1 yers-3 yers of experience in tendering orE- procurement role and Gem Portal.
- Robust Knowledge of the tendre Submission Process.
- Proficiency in Ms Excel ,Ms Word , and PDF documentation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in Gem registration , bid participation ,and reverse auctions is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
