Industry: Transport / Cab Services / Corporate Mobility

Job Responsibilities:

- Be present at site to manage and coordinate daily employee pick-up and drop operations
- Align vehicles and drivers as per roster and shift timings
- Ensure on-time reporting of cabs and smooth movement as per route plans
- Coordinate with drivers for attendance, vehicle availability, and last-minute changes
- Handle real-time issues like cab breakdowns, driver absence, or route deviations
- Maintain daily records of vehicles, drivers, trips, and attendance
- Coordinate with HR / operations team for employee transport requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and company transport policies

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience in transport operations / cab management




- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues on the spot
- Basic knowledge of Excel / attendance sheets / trip logs
- Familiar with local routes and fleet operations
- Willing to work in shifts (as per client requirement)

Preferred Profile:

- Prior experience in BPO / corporate employee transport
- Hands-on, responsible, and punctual

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
