Virtual Accounts Support Executive

YoungMinds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused candidates for the position of Virtual Accounts Support Executive. The selected candidates will support clients in maintaining digital business records, preparing reports, managing transaction data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day virtual account operations through our platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain and update client virtual account records accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Generate and manage sales, purchase, stock, and ledger reports.
- Monitor, verify, and track transaction-related data.
- Identify reporting errors and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist clients with account-related and report-related queries.
- Generate reports using MS Excel and Tally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and accuracy of digital business records.
- Follow company processes and maintain data confidentiality.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Typing skills with good speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Hindi fluently.
- Knowledge of Tally and basic accounting concepts is an added advantage.

Preferred Languages

- English
- Hindi (Mandatory)
- Any one regional language such as Tamil or Kannada is preferred.

- Freshers candidates are welcome to apply.
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, BCA, B.Tech, or equivalent).
- Basic accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
