What We Are Looking For
- 5 years of experience in a Performance Management Role
- Excellent/Advanced spreadsheet and document writing skills.
- Good articulation and an effective communication
Key Responsibilities
- To identify various performance parameters for each function and process which is to be a part of performance management.
- To link the performance parameters to the organization goal.
- To Analyzing the performance data
- Presenting statistical performance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Design and review policies related to employee performance
