Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager to drive business development, manage key relationships, and expand market presence in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to grow business through architects, designers, contractors, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and sales growth across assigned areas
- Promote products through a strong network of Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Contractors, Builders, and Developers
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Manage sales and distribution networks in the assigned region
- Execute brand promotion activities to increase brand visibility




- Submit timely reports on project pipeline and distribution performance
- Optimize resource utilization and cost management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with market trend
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
- Willingness to travel for business expansion as needed

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in building materials industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Energetic and pleasing personality
