We are seeking a skilled South Indian Cook to prepare authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner items in a commercial kitchen.

- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, pongal, upma, sambar, rasam, chutneys, poriyal, kootu, kuzhambu, biryani, and meals.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Monitor food stock and report shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor.
- Minimize food wastage through proper storage and inventory control.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of food.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
- Follow all company SOPs, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in menu planning and introducing recent South Indian dishes when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
