Job Description
Let's Inn Hotels & Villas Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and motivated Acquisition Manager to expand our property network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding hotels, resorts, villas, homestays, and other accommodation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire current hospitality properties for the Let's Inn network.
- Meet property owners and explain the company's business model and benefits.
- Conduct property visits and evaluate partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements.
- Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams for smooth property activation.
- Maintain strong relationships with property partners.
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets and submit regular reports.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Basic knowledge of the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.
