We are seeking a dynamic and Freshers Sales Engineer to lead our business development efforts in the electrical panel and automation segment.
Industry: Electrical (LT Panel Manufacturing)
Location: Near City Centre 2, New Town, Kolkata
Reporting to: Senior Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in current and existing markets
- Generate new business opportunities in electrical panels, LT/HT switchboards, and automation solutions.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent service and technical support.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions,
and client meetings to promote the brand and solutions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of electrical panels (PCC, MCC etc.) and automation systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship Management and business development abilities.
- Leadership qualities with team management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE)/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
