Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules with candidates and interview panels.
- Negotiate salary, roll out offer letters, and manage offer acceptance.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate with HR operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends, recruitment tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.




- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of interview techniques and candidate assessment.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Sales, or Corporate roles.
- Experience working in a staffing consultancy or corporate talent acquisition team.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
