Job Summary

Aromaaz International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Manager with 3–4 years of experience in the Essential Oils industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring production activities while ensuring product quality, timely delivery, compliance with GMP, and optimum utilization of manpower and resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
- Manage blending, filling, packaging, and dispatch of essential oils and related products.
- Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC), R&D;, Purchase, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Optimize machine utilization and minimize production downtime.
- Maintain production records,



batch manufacturing records (BMR), and daily production reports.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and increased productivity.
- Train, guide, and supervise production staff.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
- Handle production-related audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of production experience in the Essential Oils, Fragrance, Flavors, Aromatherapy, Herbal Extracts, or Cosmetic Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of essential oil processing, blending, filling, and packaging operations.
- Positive understanding of GMP, SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
