Our team operates across Kuwait and India, shipping production systems in Laravel, Node.js, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React, Shopify, Wordpress and Magento 2. Role Overview

You will be building and maintaining full stack applications across Codelab's SaaS platforms and client projects — from database design to frontend delivery. You will own features end-to-end, work closely with the team on architecture decisions, and ship real product. This is a role for someone who can read task details, ask the right questions, and build it without hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain backend APIs and services using Laravel and Node.js
- Develop responsive, performant frontends in React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js
- Design and optimize relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Integrate third-party services and APIs (payment gateways, logistics, ERPs)
- Write clean, reviewable code and participate in PR reviews




- Use AI coding tools as a daily productivity multiplier — Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.
- Contribute to system design discussions and technical scoping for current features
- Communicate clearly with the team and, when needed, directly with clients

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of hands-on full stack development
- Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP) — backend architecture, queues, APIs
- Node.js for APIs and backend services
- Modern JS framework — React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of REST API design and integration
- MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Hosting Server experience AWS , Hetzner, Hosting, CPanel etc...
- AI coding tool fluency — you actively use Claude Code, GitHub, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, or similar in your daily workflow.
- High proficiency in English — written and spoken. Candidates who cannot communicate clearly in English in team and client contexts will not be considered.

Nice to Have

- Magento 2 and WooCommerce experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience in a SaaS product environment
- Background in GCC-region projects
