Accountant

Years of Experience : 2-3 years

- Uptodate Book keeping and Preparing accounts in Zoho / Quickbooks as per GAAP standards
- Documentation and management of records for the bookkeeping both in the accounting software
- and physical
- Preparing and filing GST returns
- Preparing and filing TDS returns
- Having the audit completed and helping the auditor in finalisation of returns
- Preparing monthly and other periodical reports about movement of costs against budgets
- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations and internal policies
- Processing Vendor Invoices, Vendor registration, TDS certificates etc.
- Processing Customer Invoices etc.
- Processing salaries and other costs to the company in a timely manner
- Ensuring adherance of complaince calendar




- Äbility to manage the asset register

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Experience in Zoho / Quickbooks

Other Competencies:

- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Highly detail-oriented
