Role
Visit Bar Associations (Legal Courts) in your territory, demo the BarPortal platform to office bearers (President, Secretary, Treasurer), and close the subscription + hardware deal.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute 4–6 bar visits per week in the assigned district/state
- Build relationships with Bar Association office bearers and managing committee members
- Deliver live product demos — member management, welfare, elections, kiosk and printing solutions
- Handle objections on pricing, data migration, and adoption; negotiate and close
- Coordinate with the tech team for onboarding, data migration, and go-live
- Follow up post-sale for renewals, upsells (higher plan, hardware), and referrals
- Maintain daily visit reports, pipeline, and follow-ups in the internal CRM

Requirements

- 1–4 years field sales experience (SaaS, B2B,



institutional, or govt sales preferred)
- Fluent in Hindi and English; comfortable presenting to senior advocates
- Willing to travel extensively (bar-to-bar, district-to-district)
- Own two-wheeler / four-wheeler preferred; smartphone + laptop mandatory
- Graduate in any discipline; legal or IT background is a plus
