Qualifications: M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 1-3 years of experience B.Arch with 1-5 years of experience in Landscape Design. Excellent Design Skill Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale real estate projects. Software skill: AutoCAD, Sketch up, D5 mandatory. Design ability with understanding of landscape spaces and planting for large scale real estate projects. Design and coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations. Take projects from concept to GFC and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements. Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP/structural teams, and vendors; present design intent confidently Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
