The Public Relations Officer (PRO) builds doctor referral networks, maintains healthcare relationships, and promotes hospital services to drive patient referrals and boost brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Field Visits: Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to build strong skilled relationships.Network Promotion: Expand the doctor referral network and promote hospital specialties.Referral Tracking: Monitor referred patients and update referring doctors regularly.Outreach Support: Assist with marketing activities, medical camps, and community programs.Reporting & Coordination: Maintain daily visit logs and coordinate patient management internally.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Graduate with 1–3 years in healthcare marketing, field sales, or hospital relations.Networking: Proven ability to build relationships within doctor referral networks.Communication: Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and professional representation skills.Mobility: Ready for regular travel and field visits across the target community.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
