Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for food testing services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients.

- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the customer base.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.

- Track sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets, and prepare regular sales reports.

- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

- Ensure timely collection of customer payments and manage outstanding receivables.

- Deliver excellent customer service and support business growth initiatives.

Requisites




- Bachelor//'s degree in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in food testing, laboratory services, or related industries.

- Strong knowledge of food testing services and laboratory solutions is preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to identify market opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market research skills.

- Proficiency in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales reports.

- Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage the complete sales cycle.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
