Role description

Minimum 15 years of full time education. · 5 to 6 years of experience in SAP Plant maintenance module experience spanning implementation, migration, and support projects. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English language.(Knowledge of Hindi language is preferable) · Must have experience with working in Support Projects and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. · Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within prescribed timelines, and standard accepted practices Mandatory / Preferred Skills: General Skills · Functional consulting experience in S4 HANA Plant maintenance module · Ability to handle the complete integration landscape from a support perspective, solving incidents and change requests while maintaining the SLA. · Should be able to lead a team and provide proper and periodical updates to customer on the incidents and CRs while also making effective progress. · Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively, understanding the issues from a business perspective and providing on-time resolutions for the same. · Conduct requirement-gathering sessions related to new change requests and implement the integrations in PM module seamlessly. · Ability to provide extended support, during weekends to assist on priority issues,



system restarts and patch upgrades · Ability to understand the need for adjusting or optimizing the existing integrations and provide proactive solutions to customer with multiple options · Establish and maintain effective and cooperative relationships with cross functional team. · Able to actively support business reform drive for the customer. · Min 1 End to end Implementation experience including migration and cutover activity. · Working experience of S/4 HANA and Fiori Apps. Mandatory / Preferred Skills: Technical Skills · Master Data · Maintenance Notification · Maintenance Planning · Order Release and Execution · Time Confirmation · Completion and Analysis · Integration with Other Modules · Reactive Maintenance · Time-Based Strategy Plans · Performance Based Single Cycle Plan · Performance Based Strategy Plan · Multiple Counter Plan · Proactive Maintenance · Standard Reports · Knowledge on Integration Modules like MM / QM / PP / FI-CO will be an added advantage Preferred certification: · SAP: S/4 HANA Plant maintenance certification.
