1. Assist in responding to customer technical queries within the defined response time.

2. Support troubleshooting activities and coordinate escalations for unresolved customer issues.

3. Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services to support customers effectively.

4. Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions, complaints, and service activities in the system.

5. Assist in coordinating warranty claims, repair requests, and replacement processes.

6. Support the preparation and submission of customer offers through the Zoho platform.

7. Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth order processing and material tracking.

8. Assist in scheduling service visits and coordinating technician assignments for aftersales support.

Support achieving higher first-contact issue resolution through effective communication and follow-up.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
