About the Role

We, Arvind Corrotech Limited, are a leading turnkey supplier of galvanizing plants globally, and we are looking for a Second-in-Command / Project Head to take full ownership of project execution, from supply chain managment, through installation, commissioning, and after sales support. This is a high responsibility, hands on leadership role for someone who can run multiple concurrent projects within and outisde India.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Site Management

- Independently manage multiple turnkey galvanizing plant projects simultaneously, from planning to handover
- Own project schedules end to end; ensure milestones and delivery deadlines are met
- Travel to and manage multiple installation/commissioning sites (domestic and international) as required
- Coordinate installation, erection, testing, and commissioning activities at client sites

Fabrication & Supply Chain

- Supervise in-house/vendor fabrication to ensure quality, specification compliance, and timelines
- Plan and arrange resources - manpower, materials, equipment, logistics.
- Manage supply chain coordination between procurement, fabrication shop, and site requirements

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and skilled workmen
- Allocate manpower across projects based on priority and site needs
- Build site teams for each project and ensure discipline, safety, and productivity

Client & Commercial Coordination

- Act as primary point of contact for client-side technical and operational issues during installation/commissioning
- Manage client expectations, resolve on-site problems quickly, and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with clients for site readiness, approvals,



and documentation
- Report project status, risks, and issues to management regularly

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial/Metallurgical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience: 10–15+ years in project execution, ideally in galvanizing plants, process equipment, heavy fabrication, or industrial plant installation/EPC projects
- Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and remote/international sites
- Strong background in fabrication supervision, mechanical erection, and commissioning
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineers + skilled labor)

Key Skills

- Robust project management and planning skills
- Technical knowledge production processes and industrial fabrication standards
- Excellent problem solving skills and able to make independent decisions on-site
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution ability
- Good communication skills for client handling.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including international assignments
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines across multiple projects

Preferred

- Prior experience specifically in plant EPC / turnkey projects
- Exposure to project sites and team management

Pay: ₹21,503.76 - ₹150,000.00 per month
