Description

Perform chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, APIs, stability samples, and finished products using approved analytical methods. Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution Apparatus, Karl Fischer Titrator, pH Meter, TOC Analyzer, and other laboratory equipment. Prepare reagents, volumetric solutions, mobile phases, and standard solutions as per SOPs. Conduct in-process testing and provide timely analytical support to production. Review analytical data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications. Record analytical observations and results in laboratory notebooks, worksheets, LIMS, and electronic systems following ALCOA+ and data integrity principles.



Perform calibration, verification, and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, GDP, laboratory safety, and data integrity requirements. Participate in laboratory investigations, Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), deviations, CAPA, and change control activities. Support analytical method validation, verification, transfer, and stability studies. Maintain laboratory housekeeping, chemical inventory, reference standards, and documentation.
