Position: Call Center Executive

(Preferred: Candidates from Slimming, Beauty & Wellness Industry)

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Compensation: Salary + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide detailed information about slimming treatments, cosmetic services, and packages
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and consultations
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into walk-ins/appointments
- Maintain accurate call records and update the client database in the system
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as per company standards
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment flow
- Follow up with existing and potential clients for feedback and repeat business
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals




- Attend training sessions to stay updated on services and company policies
- Work efficiently under pressure and meet assigned targets

Note:

Candidates with prior experience in Slimming, Beauty, Wellness, or Healthcare industry will be preferred.

Languages - English , Telugu and Hindi (Mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
