We are looking for a receptionist in Delhi to perform a variety of tasks. The candidate must possess relevant skills and desired background.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Customer focused
- Active listener
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, respectfully, and announcing them appropriately.
- Handling of phone calls. Reception area, talking to customers and handling them with good communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for DTA entry and managing administrative tasks with good typing speed
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with healthcare settings and patient interactions




- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
- Update and manage appointment calendars and schedule appointments.
- Maintain the general appearance
- Filing medical records and other documents
- Have excellent learning skills for software that we used for patient management and billing (like Labmate)
- Must have the potential to understand the patient's needs and offer them good service as well as guide them for the procedure and different departments.
- Processing payments from patients
- Keeping the waiting and receptionist area clean
- Provide reports to the patients on time
