Job Title: Senior QA Executive

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- External training/certification on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is mandatory.

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a testing or calibration laboratory.
- Experience working in a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by NABL, QAI, or an equivalent accreditation body.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
- Excellent documentation and record management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of internal audits, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), risk management, and non-conforming work management.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, maintain, and continually improve the Laboratory Management System (LMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
- Prepare, review, and control quality documents, including Quality Manuals, SOPs, policies, formats, and records.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits, and monitor timely closure of audit observations.




- Maintain CAPA records, risk registers, and non-conforming work records.
- Support Management Review Meetings by preparing quality performance reports and monitoring action items.
- Coordinate proficiency testing (PT), inter-laboratory comparisons (ILC), equipment calibration, and supplier evaluation activities.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with NABL accreditation requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
- Monitor implementation of quality objectives and recommend continual improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and awareness to laboratory personnel on QMS requirements and quality best practices.
- Assist during internal, external, customer, and accreditation assessments, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Ensure proper control, retention, and traceability of quality records and documents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
