As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and campaign insights.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Analyse website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-converting creatives, blogs, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Optimise website content and user experience to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, traffic, leads, and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, algorithms, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC,



and Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing
- Familiarity with keyword research and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Basic knowledge of HTML and website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Creative thinking with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Min. 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing
- Digital Marketing Certification (Google, Meta, HubSpot, or equivalent) will be an added advantage
