Job Title: Admission Counsellor (Fresher)

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand+Incentives)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide students through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose the right course or program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or face-to-face meetings
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs
- Handle inbound and outbound leads
- Follow up with interested candidates to convert them into admissions
- Maintain student database and update CRM regularly
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
- Build strong relationships with students and parents

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to convince and handle objections
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Target-oriented mindset

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
