Job Title: Pharmacist

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and dedicated Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of both Allopathic and Ayurvedic/AYUSH medicines, strong Marathi reading skills, good communication abilities, and practical knowledge of pharmacy management/billing software.

Our pharmacy supports a dedicated doctor for AYUSH treatment and maintains a wide range of Ayurvedic/AYUSH medicines. Many of these medicines have complex names written in Marathi; therefore, strong Marathi reading and comprehension skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately dispense Allopathic and Ayurvedic/AYUSH medicines as per prescriptions.

- Read and correctly identify medicine names, including complex Ayurvedic medicine names written in Marathi.

- Review prescriptions for accuracy and ensure proper dispensing of medicines.

- Handle pharmacy billing and maintain accurate records using pharmacy management/medical billing software.

- Maintain inventory, monitor stock levels, and manage medicines efficiently.

- Coordinate effectively with Allopathic and AYUSH doctors, nurses,



and other healthcare staff.

- Counsel patients regarding medication usage, dosage, precautions, and storage.

- Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards, regulations, and hospital policies.

Required Skills

- Strong Marathi reading and comprehension skills – Mandatory.

- Good knowledge of both Allopathic and Ayurvedic/AYUSH medicines.

- Practical knowledge of pharmacy management/medical billing software.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence while communicating with doctors, patients, and healthcare staff.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy while reading prescriptions and dispensing medicines.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pharmacy setting.

Qualification

- B.Pharm or D.Pharm.

- Valid Pharmacist Registration Certificate.

- 2 years + of relevant pharmacy experience.

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
