Job Summary

Lampzon India Lighting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, following up with potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's lighting products, features, and offers.
- Generate new sales leads and convert inquiries into orders.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/Excel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for timely order processing.
- Handle customer queries and provide product information.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer referrals.

Required Skills





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Tele Calling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Experience in the electrical, lighting, hardware, or building materials industry will be an added advantage.
