About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our sales team as IT Sales Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology, communication, and client interaction. The selected candidates will be trained in IT sales, lead generation, customer handling, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT products/services.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for client requirements and proposals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Update customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of computers and IT services.
- Confident in speaking with customers and clients.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn sales processes.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- B.Sc IT, BCA, BMS, B.Com, BE, B.Tech, MBA Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
