Site Engineer / Sr. Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer / Sr. Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, monitor project progress, ensure quality standards, and coordinate site operations effectively. The candidate will be responsible for executing site work as per approved drawings, schedules, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Monitor site safety practices and compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling,



and execution activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and construction standards.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Understanding of quality and safety standards.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience

- 2 – 8 years of experience in construction/site execution.
- Experience in real estate/residential/commercial projects preferred.

Preferred Qualities

- Robust leadership and supervision skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
