Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Ayurveda Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in providing authentic Ayurvedic therapies and treatments while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. The therapist must maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and hospitality throughout the guest experience. Common expectations for similar roles include preparing treatment rooms, performing Ayurvedic therapies, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with the wellness team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Ayurvedic therapies and massages as prescribed by the Ayurvedic Doctor or Spa Manager.
- Prepare treatment rooms with required oils, herbs, linens, and equipment before each session.
- Ensure a relaxing, protected, and hygienic environment for guests.
- Explain therapies and aftercare instructions to guests.
- Maintain treatment records and report guest feedback or concerns.
- Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, and therapy materials after every session.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and spa operating procedures.




- Promote spa services and wellness packages to guests.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

- Certificate or Diploma in Ayurveda Therapy from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Ayurveda Therapist in a spa, wellness centre, or luxury hotel.
- Knowledge of Panchakarma therapies and traditional Ayurvedic treatments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic oils, herbs, and therapies.
- Professional grooming and etiquette.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and provide personalised wellness recommendations.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
