We're Hiring – Project Manager (Solar PV & BESS) | Zambia
Location: Zambia

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of Ground Mount Solar PV & BESS projects.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Manage procurement planning and coordinate timely material delivery.
- Oversee BESS installation, integration, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and project specifications.
- Track project progress and submit regular reports to management.
- Resolve project risks and ensure timely project completion

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in utility-scale Solar PV/EPC projects.
- Experience in BESS projects is preferred.
- Solid leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹619,935.66 - ₹1,536,300.11 per year
