Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, understanding their business needs, and converting opportunities into successful sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and virtual demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or IT Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
