Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training sessions on retail operations, customer service, sales techniques, billing, inventory management, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct practical, interactive, and skill-based learning sessions aligned with the curriculum.
- Assess student performance through assignments, practicals, and mock assessments.
- Mentor and prepare candidates for employment in the retail sector.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with training centres, colleges, and project teams to ensure effective program delivery.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in retail operations and/or retail training.
- Solid communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of customer service standards, POS systems, merchandising, and inventory processes.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
