1. Job Summary

Plastic Injection Moulding Supervisor ka main role production process ko smoothly chalana, manpower manage karna aur quality standards maintain karna hota hai.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Injection moulding machines ki daily production activity monitor karna
- Production target achieve karna aur machine downtime kam karna
- Mould changing (tool change) aur machine setting ka supervision
- Production area me discipline aur safety maintain karna
- Manpower planning & allocation shift ke hisab se karna
- Production report aur daily output maintain karna
- Machine aur mould ki basic troubleshooting karna
- Rejection / scrap ko control karna aur quality improve karna
- Raw material ka proper use aur wastage control karna
- Maintenance team ke sath coordination karna
- Dispatch aur quality department ke sath coordination

3. Skills Required

- Injection moulding process ka strong knowledge




- Machine setting & parameter understanding
- Problem solving & troubleshooting skills
- Team handling & leadership skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / reports)

4. Qualification

- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Plastic Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Injection Moulding Industry

5. Working Conditions

- Shift duty (Day / Night)
- Factory / production floor environment

6. Reporting To

- Production Manager / Plant Head

7. Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

- Production target achievement
- Rejection / scrap control
- Machine efficiency (OEE)
- Manpower utilization
- Downtime reduction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
