- Scheduling tasks: Plan daily calendars for installation staff and assign tasks based on customer needs.
- Helping customers: Answer customer phone calls and emails to solve scheduling service complaints.
- Updating records: Enter service details, customer files, documentation and into the company database.
- Tracking jobs: Monitor ongoing projects to ensure installation team arrive on time and complete tasks properly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
