Job Description:
- Have tendering and bidding experience in Govt.Utilities/AAI/PSU/State/Central Govt. Departments.
- Knowledge about online tenders, offline tenders, and the GEM portal.
- Identify the relevant tenders through the tender service provider and an online portal.
- Review tender documents, Scope of works, Pre-qualification criteria, tender fee, and EMD details and key dates.
- Preparing pre-bid clarifications points
- Analysis of the tenders and giving feedback to management.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
- Submit the tenders before the due date.
- Prepare The Tender Eligibility Criteria Check List.
- Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
