Pentagon Multi Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in hiring unskilled manpower for the Facility Management industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, sourcing, screening, and coordinating end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for unskilled and blue-collar workforce.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Work closely with operations to fulfill manpower requirements within deadlines.




- Ensure timely closures while maintaining recruitment quality.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in hiring unskilled manpower for Facility Management Services.
- Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in bulk hiring for Housekeeping, Security, Technical, and Facility Management roles.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
