Job Description: Program Coordinator for school of Advanced manufacturing

Key Responsibilities for Program Coordinator

Plan, coordinate, and execute the operational flow for internships.

Manage daily schedules, class timetables, lab bookings, faculty sessions, and student attendance.

Coordinate with the University administrative office for classroom/lab allocation, facilities, and technical resources.

Support onboarding of students, including orientation, documentation, and issuing ID cards/passes through respective buddies.

Act as the first point of contact for all operational issues and resolve them efficiently.

Organize logistics for workshops, guest lectures, and project reviews.

Maintain calendars, confirm availability, and ensure teaching materials are ready.

Maintain smooth communication between the school and students regarding schedules, deadlines, assignments, and policies.





Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for the Head of School.

Maintain databases related to faculty, courses, students, and industry partners.

Liaise with HR for onboarding visiting faculty and contract staff.

Required Skills & Personality Fit

Solid organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.

Excellent English communication; Telugu/Tamil is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Zoho tools.

Problem-solving mindset; high ownership and ability to work independently.

Calm, structured, and approachable — balancing professionalism with student-friendliness.
